An introductory seminar of technologies and fields for freshman students by chapter’s Exe-com, open for all first-year students (regardless of branch) and everyone who is interested to gain knowledge of different fields.

It is a quiz competition (conducted once in a week) but on online social media platforms (FB and IG) of CSI-BKBIET chapter. Its a great way to enrich our knowledge and be updated on the happenings of technical world.

Workshops are organised for hands on work experience on technology and projects also there will be added perks like goodies and certificates (members can attend either free of charge or at a nominal fee and paid for non-members).

Everyone of us has some expertise or want to be technically expert in some field, making all of us geeks on the inside. This is a quiz competition (based on the format of popular game show “KBC”) on technical topics and knowledge for healthy learning and exciting prizes.

Hackathons are basically problem-solving competitions in which we are given a problem and we have to solve it using various technologies to come-up with a product/solution in a limited (12-24 hours) time period (in teams) to win exciting prizes.

These are classes by the students and for the students so that we can collectively work on some project, technology or our technical field of interest. The classes are taken by chapter’s senior members (open only for members).

At frequent time intervals, many talks and seminars by external well-known personalities, are organised by chapter for increasing our exposure to the real world. Members can attend either free of charge or at a nominal fee and paid for non-members.
